My name is Jiawei Xu (许家伟 in Chinese). I am a third-year Ph.D. student in Information Studies at the UT Austin School of Information, working in the AI Health Lab under the supervision of Professor Ying Ding. Previously, I was advised by Dr. Yi Bu in the Department of Information Management at Peking University.
My research focuses on LLM agents, AI for healthcare, and science of science. I build scalable AI systems that bridge cutting-edge ML research with real-world applications.
